Jacob "J.D." Hamm
Jacob Hamm is a Newton County, Mississippi native who returned home after law school to serve the community he grew up in. He founded Hamm Law Firm, PLLC to provide the kind of dedicated, personal legal representation that individuals and families in Newton County deserve.
Known by friends and famiily as "J.D.", Jacob spends his free time training and coaching powerlifting, fishing and hunting with his friends and family, cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels and working his garden. Jacob is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Trial Lawyer's Association, Mississippi Young Lawyers Division, Mississippi Public Defenders Assocation, Newton County Bar Association, Newton Chamber of Commerce, Newton County Rotary Club, former Secretry/Treasurer of the Lauderdale County Bar Association, former coach of the Lamar High School Mock Trial Team and former member (and lifelong supporter) of the Newton County FFA and Newton County 4H Club. Jacob and his wife, Kathyleen, attend the First Presbyterian Church of Forest, Mississippi.
